1. What personal data is collected by 1RPC+

“Personal data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (i) from that data, or (ii) from that data and other information to which the organization has or is likely to have access. 1RPC+ does not collect any Personal data from our users unless a user voluntarily provides that information. This information is treated as personal and kept confidential and is collected in order to help 1RPC+ fulfill the user requests. 1RPC+ will not sell, share, or rent information to any third-party, unless authorized by the user.

This Privacy Policy is applicable to Personal Data that users authorize for collection, which includes, but is not restricted to:

• Profile/Account ID information, such as your wallet address used for account management and/or email, interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses;
• Financial/Payment information, such as your wallet address for paying the usage of 1RPC+, asset balance within wallet, credit card or other payment related details;
• Feedback and correspondence, such as information provided in response to surveys, during market research activities, when reporting issues with the Relay, receiving customer support or any other communication with 1RPC+;
• Marketing information such as preferences for receiving marketing communications and details about engagement with them;
• Technical information, such as API-key and anonymized network information regarding transactions.

• Any Third Party Services. In order to provide you with certain features and functionalities, and as a matter of our legitimate interests to improve our Relay, 1RPC+ enables access to third-party services on the Site.

For the purpose of optimizing user experience, we reserve the right to use anonymized user statistics to operate, maintain, and improve our Services. Additionally, we may utilize your information to address your comments and queries concerning 1RPC+ and offer general customer service to you and other users.

2. Purposes for collection, use and disclosure of your personal data

The disclosure of personal information that you provide to us shall not be made to any third party without your explicit consent, as set forth in this Privacy Policy. In the event that you authorize us to share your personal information with other companies or entities, such uses shall be subject to the privacy policies of the relevant partner entity or entities.

1RPC+ may use the information provided voluntarily by users to do the following, which may include, but is not limited to:

• Access and usage of 1RPC+;
• Provision of products and services as requested by the user;
• Processing and execution of transactions, including related information such as purchase confirmations and invoices;
• Transmission of information, including confirmations, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.

3. How information is secured

All information transmitted through the relay is processed through various methods to ensure its anonymity is maintained, including, but not limited to the following:

• Metadata Masking. 1RPC+ replaces the metadata attached to a user’s request with its own metadata. This results in the removal of any original metadata attached to a specific request, along with any personal information that could potentially identify the user.
• Random Dispatching. 1RPC+ employs a random dispatching mechanism for requests to RPC providers, which breaks the linkability between wallets whenever a user sends multiple requests consecutively from different addresses. The shuffling of requests in this manner renders it impossible to log the association between accounts that share the same private key.
• Request Caching. To expedite response times and decrease the volume of information transmitted to RPC providers, specific read-only queries are cached on 1RPC+.
• Burn after relaying. 1RPC does not store or collect any metadata/data that passes through the relay, and such information is promptly discarded once the request is completed. As the RPC endpoint operates within a secure enclave, it is not possible for Automata to view, access or modify any metadata transmitted through the relay.
• Multicall Disassociation. A single RPC call that contains multiple batched queries may expose the relationship between several accounts that fall under the same wallet. 1RPC+ disassembles multicall transactions into individual requests, whenever feasible.

4. Information choices and changes

You shall have the right to access the information that you have voluntarily provided through your account on 1RPC+, and review, rectify or delete it by submitting a request to our Discord channel. You may request changes in your contact preferences, opt-out of sharing with other entities, and update your personal information and preferences.

5. Marketing communications and sharing

You may instruct us to refrain from utilizing your contact details to contact you with reference to services, promotions, surveys and special events that might appeal to your interests by contacting us using the information below. You may also opt out by following the instructions located at the bottom of any email messages received.

Please be aware that, irrespective of your request, we may still employ and disclose certain information as permitted by applicable law. For instance, you may not opt out of certain operational emails or notifications, including those that pertain to our relationship or transactions with you, or significant notifications regarding 1RPC+ we are providing to you, such as service-related announcements (e.g., if our Services are temporarily suspended for maintenance).

Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to alter this Privacy Policy at any time. It is recommended that you review this page periodically for updated information on our privacy procedures. If we enact any modifications, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.

Any changes made to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our publishing of the updated terms and/or implementation of the changes to the Sites (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In all cases, your continued use of the Sites or Services following the publication of any revised Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of the updated terms of the Privacy Policy.
